Our client in Mississippi is expanding and has multiple openings for permanent Anesthesiologists for a partnership track opportunity with high earning potential.

• Care Team
• Cases: General, Neuro, Ortho, Urology, ENT, OB, no Peds, no Hearts
• Equal call rotation shared amongst group - currently 1:10, post call day off.
• 90% medical direction, 10% own cases
• Call and No Call options available, will consider part time or full time packages
• Starting at $520k+ total comp, $600k+ total comp for partners
• Great benefits plus profit sharing
